I've been using a #61 O-ring, since I don't have a torque wrench.
I've fired as many as 500 rounds, no movement on the screw.
$.59 each at TruValu or Ace Hardware. 1600 rounds and it still looks like I just put it on, but I splurged and bought two, just in case.
