On the screw coming loose on the SW22 my first 60 rounds fired it came loose. Re tightened and fired 230 more rounds did not come loose. At home cleaned gun next day shoot again about 100 rounds came loose again. re tighten finish shooting session clean gun again, called S&W cust. serv. was told to put nail polish on threads lightly let dry then re install screw. Tighten with supplied allen wrench not t -handle . Should work. I will find out this week end. P.S. They sent me a spare screw so I can have one ready in case something happens or I want to clean the gun and re shoot. I like that SPONGY.
