Guess again. The will of the people
was carried out by their elected representatives in the state legislature who passed the bill.
The flip side of that is that Governor Hassan may exercise the powers vested in that office by the people of New Hampshire and veto the bill.
This is called politics (among other things)
There may be enough votes to override her veto this time around...that remains to be seen.
There's absolutely no reason to badmouth all the people in the state, or the state itself, because of actions that may be taken by
one elected official.
Those New Hampshire people who worked hard for the bill's passage, including the members of the legislature who voted
for it, might be really offended by that whole "cower and hide" thing
