I've given up on the whole stopping power/handgun round debate. As far as I'm concerned, if it can fully penetrate human size targets and break every bone along the way, it's good enough for me. I know all of the service rounds can do that. I'm not sure if any of the .380 and below rounds can do it with other than solids in those calibers.
