After I looked it up when the PC came out, the only difference I saw was the length of the chamber.
The longer case length of the stinger is what starts the over pressure possibility. From what I read.
As far as low velocity vs standard vs high vs hyper, everyone has their opinion about the "best" or "most accurate"
