With an ANE serial number it was probably 1987. It should NOT have a pinned barrel. Those went away in c. 1980, when the serial numbers still had an R prefix followed by six digits.
All Model 60 revolvers were made of stainless steel. The carbon steel equivalent was the Model 36.
Nice that yours is still ANIB. I'm not sure what it would bring these days, but I'd think it would be close to about $600. Yours should have the folding box, rather than the older two piece type.
