Its a very tough durable pistol, that you'll enjoy for a long time. My only knock on mine was the trigger action. The trigger return spring rides in a horizontal tunnel just above the trigger guard in the frame. The coils of the return spring chide on the sharp edge of this tunnel and you feel that in the trigger movement. That and the overall gritty feel during the long take up movement. That can all be polished out, and the edge of the return spring's travel tunnel can be rounded and polished smooth. Giving the gun an excellent duty trigger. My model has the adjustable rear sight and Pachmayr wrap around grips. I bought this gun new in 1980 and it still rides in my truck today.
