The changeover from Smith & Wesson to the Smith & Wesson Historical Foundation for the issuance of a letter of authenticity or factory letter on S&W firearms is complete. You can access the new Letter of Authenticity Request form by going to swhistoricalfoundation.com and clicking on Information Request and Letter Process. The first bullet point has a link to a PDF version of the new letter request form. Print it, complete the information required, send it with your payment to Mr. Jinks at the address indicated. You will receive your letter via return mail.
