The newest version of the 3S Pistol Pocket is nice in that the belt loops are very adjustable for cant. You can go pretty much all the way around, so FBI, neutral and cross-draw are all options. That holster will take anywhere from 2" to 3" barrels. I have one for my 2" Model 64 and it's what I use for IWB.

For OWB, the Galco Combat Master is another affordable choice. Currently, I use that or a Desantis Thumbreak Scabbard as the thumbreak helps to keep the hammer spur out of my ribs when fishing and hiking.
