I carry my Shield IWB @ 4 o'clock all the time....it's so comfortable there have been times when i almost forget it's there. I use a iwb holster i bought from PJ holster. I liked it so much i had him make me one for my 1911 CCO too. I am not affiliated with PJ Holster other than being a satisfied repeat customer......Mike
