Just a matter of time. I bought this really nice condition Colt 1877 which was made around 1902, and is in 38 Long Colt caliber. I have a couple of boxes of empty brass for it, and keep thinking of running up some mild rounds to shoot in it, but have never gotten around to it. It is mechanically perfect, and functions as it should, and locks up like a new recolver. Has most of its original finish as well, and I don't think it was ever shot very much:

Wish Colt still did some of this bluing!!

One of these days I'll get around to shooting it....

Best Regards, Les
