I use the Federal HST 124gr, and tried the new Federal HST 150gr for "micro" guns, and they ran fine thru my shield, but everyday carry is 124gr. There is another guy on youtube, shootingthebull410 that has tested about every type of 9mm ammo there is, and federal outperformed every one of them.
