I'm really sad that colt has chosen to make the dick special, only in stainless, and then keeping it 38 spec +P

It seems to me that the revolver market should be lead by colt and S&W, but instead they are falling back on old cookie cutter designs. Limiting their guns to predominately stainless and 3 or 4 calibers tops.

While ruger has been charging ahead by expanding their lineups, adding more calibers, and keeping blued models in their catalogs. And unlike Colt, ruger continues to produce and expand their single action lineup too.

I had hoped that when Colt came back to the revolver market, that they would have brought something new, something more like the Kimber. Because right now, if I wanted a new dick special, I can just go get a rock island M206 and pay a lot less for the same thing.
