You can't get more simple than this:

The guy said he spent three hours making it but I don't see more than 15 minutes. It doesn't appear to make much difference on the make of the mag since there's no cut out. I see some alignment indicators but I think I'd use a couple of stops on each side of the mag.

The reason I mention this one is that it shows the loader doesn't have to be curved.
