Default Would you buy/shoot old ammo?

I've picked up some older ammo over the years at estate sales, garage sales, asking a gun seller if he has any ammo for sale as I buy a gun from him.

It's usually not expensive and sometimes dirt cheap. I picked up all this .357 a while back when I bought a Ruger Security Six (yes I own S&Ws too) for $50. Mostly full boxes and it all shoots great so far. I do inspect it closely and stay alert while firing it.

If you picked up a paper box of clean and dry 20, 30 or 40 year old factory ammo, would you shoot it?
