Well I just bought one at my Cabela's and it looks brand new. It came with 3 15 round magazines and to my delight Trijcon night sites dated 14 on the rear and 13 on the front. The gun has no marks of any kind. It does not have restrike as my 469 once the trigger is pulled you need to pull the slide back to recock the hammer to half cock. This is the first DOA so I don't know if that is normal, the hammer is bobbed so you can't grab it and pull it back.
