If possible go with the +P that should get at least 1140fps.

Most 9mm test show the 124gr needs around 1120 to work correctly out of short barrels.

I have a C9 with a 3." barrel and got the Short Barrel#23611 ammo.
If you have a 4" barrel, get what ever is the cheapest.
