Congratulations and nice gun. I've had good luck with Taurus revolvers and sure don't look down my nose at them. One of the ones I had was an old (with wood grips) Model 65, with a 4" barrel. That was a NICE gun. I would have put it up against any Smith & Wesson I've ever owned. Same can be said for the 431 I had. Both of those guns were blue and the fit/finish was just great. They both shot just fine also.
