I did not measure the barrel, thinking from other models 8 3/8, it is 8"+ anyway good info to know. I need to look at it further, forcing cone, grips and an exact year. It was no dash, grips were the target type with the diamond in the center much like those on my K38. I was actually hoping for a K22, but the 53 is pretty close and a center fire.
