I'm a long time Jet fan. But to shoot them, you really need to reload. There is a low cost supplier of ammo, but its all the same high velocity stuff. Many of us have varied out loads because we've discovered dropping back really extends out case life.

And there are rules. They should be cast in stone, but I've not found that stone. First, any time you see factory Remington ammo cheap, buy it. Anytime you stumble along a gun show and see a partial box (cheap) buy that too. Any time you see .222 bullets, buy them. Any time you see a factory zip lock of new brass, buy it. Then talk to Dave Keith about his grand son's little hobby of resizing .224 bullets. Always keep a gun load of full power factory ammo with the gun. It might be dark outside and the non-believers need to witness shock and awe. Alaska may be he land of the midnight sun, but you can give them a display.
