If it were me, I'd buy it - I'd try to get it down as close to $300 as possible, but I'd feel good about getting it at $350.
First thing I'd do is pick up set of Pachmayr presentation grips for it (around $25) and sell those pretty smooth targets for a nice crisp Benjamin. They seem a bit fancy for a shooter, IMO.
