Well, here are my thoughts...:
First, these are finding their way up in price....more in some parts of the country (west coast is pretty high unless one looks high and low and lucks out...) AND, you will not lose money on this deal. You will be able to sell it for what you paid for it....
Second, these are as nice a large frame Smith revolver as ever made. And they will NEVER be made again. Which is one of the reasons that they are gong up in price....
Third, as noted, money in the bank, that you can enjoy now and later. You can shoot it with (reasonable care) and still not lose money.
Fourth, is it possible to have too many Smith and Wesson revolvers?

Advice: Buy it. Don't wait. It will be sold. If not to you, to someone else and soon, not later. Best wishes. Wish I was in your position. It would already be in my possession.
