I have been following 28's and 27's for a good year to see what they are bringing. At Tulsa last year in the spring there were ample examples in the $700 range (4" barrels) NIB and some slightly higher that you could tell they have been around for a while. That asking price seems pretty high to me - go find a 27 for that price. One sold today for $800 on this forum.
