FWIW, I agree on the inexpensive chrono advice.

I started reloading in the late 80's, and finally purchased a chrono this past summer. It certainly opened my eyes. Turns out I wasn't shooting what I thought I was shooting. A valuable tool indeed.

Think hard about purchasing one.
