This weekend at the gun show, I saw a 28-2, pretty good condition with a little holster wear, no box, etc. Seller had $600 on it, when I showed interest, he immediately dropped to $500. Still too high for me, and I didn't dicker. I am not crazy about 28s, bought one new about 1970, didn't keep it long. But I might have gone $350-$400.
