Default Xtreme 200 grain 44 loads

Hey guys
Im trying to work up some light to mid range loads for my new S&W 69. What I have is the Xtreme 200 grain bullets, Starline brass, WLP primers, and a couple pounds of 231. As per the Xtreme website, Our Copper Plated Bullets can be run at mid-range jacketed velocities or higher end lead velocities. The Hodgdon webiste lists their cowboy load for the 44 mag of 5.8 grains to 7.4 grains with a 200 grain lead RNFP, and 10.0grains to 11.9 grains behind a 200 grain Nosler JHP. I'm thinking of starting somewhere around 8 grains and working up. Does this seem like a good place to start to you guys? Appreciate the help.

Peter
