Neumann, thank you for the feedback. My next move was to get the XS Scout rail as you had mentioned. I was debating putting an optics on it, and was heavily considering a scout scope or a micro red dot (blaspheme I know)

Looks like Leupold/Vortex/Nikon make some good offerings thar I'll need to check out.
