LOL, well if they did they wouldn't be technically wrong.
Agreed, they are gourmet/premium plated bullets.
Speer #14 (pg. 729) calls it "a computer-controlled electro-chemical plating system". Even Speer acknowledges they have limitations over their cup & core, conventional jacketed bullets but obviously better than "typical" target plated bullets
most people relate to.
