A very pretty revolver, Jim. Personally, I have never cared for the 8 3/8" barrels, feeling they are too long for me to shoot comfortably. But that one is a dandy!
What I like the most is the non-relieved target stocks. They are downright beautiful. I'm sure you are aware that by 1959, those would not normally have been shipped with a Model 14, since targets with the extractor relief on the left panel had long since been in production. Those stocks probably shipped on a gun quite a while before your gun left the factory. In any case, those are nicely preserved and carry substantial value all by themselves.
