15th ed. Ctgs of the World
Looked through the copy that arrived today and was unsuccessful in locating either the 32-44 S&W or 38-44 S&W in it. Surprising because the book is filled with other obsolete and current cartridges from the 19th century.
The book is organised in a way that I personally find hard to use, typically by bullet diameter (no, not caliber, actual bullet diameter). Were these particular cartridges known by other names? Google searches did not offer up any synonyms.
Please no monologues about the 38/44 revolver, I'm referring to the 19th century target cartridges :-)
