I think some responders are overreacting to "some play". It may require a very minor fix so the OP may want a gunsmith to examine it.
It would be nice to know:
... the barrel length
... if the stocks are non-relieved targets.
If my LGS had it, I would be intrigued. See if they offer any kind of guarantee that it is a good shooter with no mechanical issues. It can't hurt to ask. Also, if you feel the need to take it to a 'smith, negotiate a reduced price to cover that expense.
