This is an interesting discussion. I subscribe to the method taught by Masaad Ayoob mentioned by fastbolt. Have practiced it and it works for me. YMMV

The four round technique mentioned here and advocated by Michael de Bethencourt was new information for me, but seems worthy of some consideration. I'm going to try it out at least.
