LEOSA, known until its passage as HR218, and now correctly cited as either LEOSA or 18 USC 926(b) for active and (c) for retired, covers us anywhere, but we are still generally subject to silly state capacity laws. AFAIK, NYC does not recognize anything else, but they have no choice on this as federal law trumps their law as to carrying.
