Neither of those approaches would satisfy the law here in moonbat Massachusetts. We have no provisions in law or regs that would allow a post-ban hi-cap magazine to be blocked down to 10 rounds to make it legal. But California has always had a different set of criteria and it appears that the CA moonbat pols are still trying to figure out what will be legal and won't be legal. Such an exercise in futility. Like criminals and terrorists are going to worry about a silly magazine law.
