I totally agree with you. I see the guns with 22 cylinders NIB for around $1,800 at gun shows. Early guns with all the papers are very desirable.I paid $69 online a couple years ago for a factory box of ammo that still had its original price tag on it of $12.35.
At the time, I paid $1,000 for the 8" M53-2 NIB. No spare cylinder, although I am still looking. Big Larry
