Sorry, I gotta say, probably no one is worried about BC inside of 200 yards. It is completely irrelevant at self defense ranges.

To answer the OP's question, a Buffalo Bore FBI load (20A, IIRC) out of a J frame would beat any 9mm offering in a subcompact semi. No 9mm load can get that heavy of bullet going that fast out of a <2" bbl.
