End result we ended up with a pair of Model 41 suppressor ready super sport barrels. With a Sparrow attached, the barrels weigh one once heavier than a standard 41 Sport barrel. They shoot great. My favorite touch is the barrel cutoff as the thread cap, not sure how Erik does the timing but it is spot on. I have attached some pictures of one of the barrels.

Below is the list of items completed to get to the end state. Not sure on the exact order Erik executed them.

1. Started with a new 7" Standard Model 41 Barrel new from Smith and Wesson.

2. Barrel Vented

3. Front Site milled off Barrel.

4. Barrels cut 4.5 Inches to end of muzzle, 5" to end of 1/2 28 threads.

5. New Front Site created(By Erik) and attached via milled slot to the barrel.

6. Barrel Cutoff threaded so can serve as the thread protector.

7. Barrel thread protector timed so when tightened to barrel lines up with original alignment before was cutoff.

Thanks for letting me share!
