This is one of the 100s of "Smith & Wesson" buckle designs you see on Ebay and at Gun shows that are non-factory buckles. ( Note: No S&W logo shown on buckle. 1st sign a buckle is not factory authorized ) The markings are of the forge/maker that produced th buckle and have no connection to S&W. A few S&W buckles are made by licensees, but this is not one of them. Most authentic S&W buckles will have model numbers on their backs. Ed.
