My nationwide carry permit, under LEOSA, is due to a federal law. That isn't all bad, however. It outlines the rights of active and retired peace officers to carry. There are restrictions. I seldom travel, so it is academic to me, but I continue to qualify yearly in case I should ever need it. My wish would be that someday we would have constitutional carry nationwide for every law abiding citizen, with minimal restrictions.
