Most places here I think are $20-25, but there is one pawn shop that I've used probably 4 times and friends/family as well that is great. They have a competitor across the street and I guess they just use this against them. First couple I got through them were $8 and tax (81 cents). My Brother in law got a S&W M&P15 TS through them and it was a dollar. $1.10 to be exact. I got a CZ Rimfire through them not long after and once again $1.10. I knew they had stopped the dollar transfer and didn't know what they went up to, but as of a week ago, it was $5. And I hand them my concealed and license, fill out the form, and I'm out in 5 minutes each time. Its like the one perk I've got.
