Nice work Charles rescuing that one!! She will be blowing smoke once again I have no doubt!

A few years back I purchased a Winchester .30-30 from a guy when I was up in Seattle that had the same corrosion as your revolver......I soaked it in KROIL for a few days and took it apart, scrubbed it down and even though the outside is completely and deeply pitted, the insides and the bore are shiny and the gun shoots great! It's now my "Throw it in the truck" gun when I head out to the woods.
