+1 for the enhanced pancake. It's been my daily carry holster for ~2 years now. Holds magnum and regular J frames equally well. Order it for the 2.125" barrel and it will do just fine with the 1.875" barrels too.

I have also found that it works with my 3" 31-1 and 4" 35 no dash - the barrels protrude a bit, but the front sights are not too tall or wide to interfere with the draw. There are, of course, better options for the longer barrel guns (including an enhanced pancake made for 'em) but in a pinch the short barrel version would do.
