I tried all the single stack 9s. For me, it came down to the Shield and the Glock 43. My other EDC is a G19, so I thought I would prefer the Glock, but in the end the Shield had better ergos and, for me, it was just a better shooter. It was also just more fun to shoot. Not as snappy, for me, as the G43.

I also looked hard at the Glock 42, but in the end decided to go with a 9mm because I have so many and I don't have a .380. Just easier to have consistent ammo.
