Yeah, that's what I was going to do with my feeler gauge, but like I said, they were too big, so I thought I would use a small screwdriver, but the spring got away from it and I couldn't see that with my big fat fingers in the way, so ended up bending it in half. Don't have a hair pin around but I must have a leaf spring small enough around here somewhere.

This is the first time I've detail stripped an MIM parts S&W, or at least the sear anyway.
