Welcome to the Forum. What would you like to know about your knife? Dimensions and better pictures would help, like the length of the blade and the handle material. S&W put the company name on a number of non-firearm products including a series of fixed blade and folding knives.
The fact that your knife has been inexpertly sharpened as evidenced by the scratches on the blade mean it has very little collector value. The wear on the sheath also detracts from collector interest. However, it looks like a good knife for general use. Carry it and enjoy it. There are some quality knives made in Japan, my favorite Spydercos being one example.
Others with more knowledge of S&W knives will probably give you better information.
