Default LOVE THIS MODEL 10

Not as pretty as my models 19 or 67. Not as powerful as my
model 29. Not as small & light as my 642. But ever since 1899,
as the M&P and later as model 10, it has been the workhorse
for American law enforcement.

Boise's finest carried it back in the 60s and 70s. Jim Cirillo
used it on the NYPD Stakeout Unit, with "satisfactory" results
about 19 times.

My 10-6 with heavy "bull" barrel and original wood is shown
below left.

2nd from left it is lounging in a carved Lawrence Challenger.

3rd from left relaxing in Heiser's carved #757 on a Simply
Rugged belt and a S&W knife.

4th from left hosted by Bianchi's #3 with "dog ear".

5th from left an old Heiser F.B.I. holster with the elongated
triple H logo, but prior to model numbers. But it is identical
to the 457.
