Perhaps I mis-spoke (or mis-wrote). The model 10 is, as you
say, beautiful in it's simplicity. Reminds me of the old song
"I overlooked an orchid while searching for a rose".
Over on Firearms & Knives - Other Brands there is a thread
titled "The best all around do everything pistol". Guess what
got my vote. The model 10.
