It's from Australia and touts comfort for Air Marshalls. I just can't think of the name right now. I'll get back to you...
I'm not sure how secure it would be for running but it is light and comfortable and doesn't hook onto your clothes. It's inexpensive but well made from very good materials. (Mil type Velcro and super duper elastic) It would be great for wearing a suit, like at church because it doesn't cramp or hurt. It just rides around your waist with a strap over your shoulder.
