My knees are worn out, so I can't run anymore, but I do a lot of hiking and walking. I try to get in at least 3 miles a day. I usually carry a j-frame in a DeSantis pocket holster. For trail hikes, I pack a Smith 10 snubbie on my hip. I do have the Belly Band, and it's a great holster, holds your firearm firmly in place, but my only complaint is that it makes me feel like I'm wearing a corset or girdle.
