EDC is a Kimber Compact Aluminum (Gen 1) in 45 ACP. It's a pleasure to take out and shoot a box or two of WWB or American Eagle 230 gr ball. I've had this particular Kimber since new and have close to 9K rounds down range. Only changes from factory stock have been a trigger and action job and Wilson Combat 470XC seven round mags. Almost forgot. A new spring pack went in at 5000 rounds and the 22 lb recoil spring is replaced about every 1500 rounds. And yes, it's a "BLAST" to shoot,.
